Children (3-10yrs) sharing room with parents stay at half price. Please note that while 1 young child can be accommodated in a travel cot, single bed or on a sleeper couch in the room, if there is more than 1 child they may have to be accommodated in a separate room depending on their ages (generally 11 years and above).

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Cheque deposits, electonic format must be received within 5 days of booking.
  • Visa, Master or Diners Card deposits will be processed at time of booking.
  • The deposit is applied to the last night's stay and forfeited if guests arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of the reservation.
  • The deposit for a 1-2 night stay is 1 night's rate.   For 3 or more nights, it is 50% of the total fare.
  • Cancellation & refund policy: Deposits will be refunded (less 10% administration charge) only if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival date.  We will only give refunds on shorter notice if the relevant room is subsequently booked.
  • Prices including VAT.

Checking In and Out

  • Check in time: after 2.30pm
  • Check out time: 11.00am
  • We will assist with late check-ins on request.
